So let me start by saying hey kzforums. Im a newb and seriuosly need help with my bike.
Let me tell you a lil bout the bike. Its a 1981 kz440 b with 1401 thats right 1401, original documentd miles. I was riding it and the chain adjuster broke trashing my sprockets and engine cover, clutch rod, basically the drive likne taht inst inside the motor and the fact that it locked the back tire up and i broke both side covers.
I have bought NOS everything to replace the bike mechanically. I have a $1000 budget. I just need help on some ideals of turing this into a chopper. Ive already started somewhat, built a custom 2 into 1 exhaust, ditched the carbs and have a custom tigwelded 2-1 intake running a 35mm mikuni flatslide (anyone want the info on that pm me). I just need ideas of getting hte frams chopped and tank stuff liket ath. Any help is appreciated
