Well, not exactly a MKII, but the 1980 version anyway. It's got every single stock part that I can think of except the seat and the owners manual (exhaust, airbox, tool kit, center stand, mirrors, had grips, etc...). A huge thanks to KZRage for sharing the information about this bike! I drove 6 hours each way for it and it was worth it.
It needs a lot of cleaning but really isn't all that bad. Judging from the rust, I think it was in a barn or other damp environment for quite a long time. Some of the paperwork I found suggests that it was purchased new in Florida in 1982. I don't think people liked the new style when they first came out...but they sure are going for big money now. It might have sat at the dealership for 2 years before selling. I can't remember exactly, but I think it was last registered in the late 80's. It only has 11,000 original miles, btw.
The engine cranks over nicely and I was told it would run on ether. The carbs are frozen solid. The gas tank is clean as a whistle on the inside but has a little rust bubbling under the paint on the LH side along the bottom and a little around the gas cap. I don't really want to repaint it so I'll have to make a final decision on that after the rest of the bike is done.
It also came with a Vetter Rooster fairing...complete with am/fm radio! It has Shoei hard bags as well. I'm still undecided about keeping that stuff on. Well, here's some pictures from yesterday:

You're welcome and glad you liked it Mike!
Telling you about the bike that you had to drive 6 hours just to see it made me worry a little that you would get here and go "I drove all this way for this POS!!!", when you put the deposit on it sight unseen it really made me think I'd have to buy it and give you your money back if you didn't like once you got here and saw it. Just felt I had put myself in that far on your doing all this based off of what I was able to tell you about it.
Hopefully the tank won't be perforated, keep posting your progress!
I'll post another thread soon with some photos of the one of several barns of this stuff the guy has, it's like a crack house for old bike junkies.

Very nice find. I did an 8 hour round trip for my bike, but I don't think I'd do that sight unseen!
