I'm back in the game!

Well after taking a couple of years off from riding I decided to dust off the bike and finish what I started. I dumped a ton of cash into the wheels and rear suspension a couple years ago, rode it about 400 miles and put it in the garage. Well life happened, I baught a house and that took all of my "spare" money for a while. Now I have all the parts to finish the frontend and the room to do it. (The girlfriend just moved out so the dining room is open now) I just picked up an old school Kerker and it's painted and ready to go on the bike. All that's left for this year is the seat. I have an ltd seat on it now and hate it. Pics to come when I get it inside and start working on it.

Welcome back... this next time, find a gf that doesn't mind motorcycles in the house (I did...when I met my wife I kept my GPz1100 in the living room...and she never blinked the first time over...that was 25 years ago)

My gf told me if I bought a bike she'd leave. So I bought 2 and she's still around. I simply told her that I was into bikes a long time before I met her and that wasn't likely to change. So now she just goes with the flow. Her daughter loves to ride with me and it drives her nuts. She says that she can ride on my bikey since I don't have one of those new fast bikes....lol I think I'll just let her keep thinking that.

i had been wondering about you.you would pop in occasionally,but i had not seen you around much.i recently put a kerker back on my z1r and was like "damn,that is what i have been missing.that good ol kerker wail" :woohoo: :evil:
