Well, I'd say at least $500 given Wireman thinks it's worth that much
But seriously, if you got it, went through it, was able to make it run - at least $3000, possibly more. It depends greatly - hard to say without pics and it running. Folks are clambering hand over fist for running examples of these. There are some parts that are hard or impossible to find anymore, so be aware. But you could part it out and make part double on the $500 if bodywork, etc is in great shape easily. Heck, even a title-able frame might pull some good cash - hard to say.

Of course, if you get it running, you might want to keep it

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThese things pop up in Houston Craigslist about every six months or so. Way worse condition, as in, propped up against a tree for 15 yrs. The ads never last very long so I'm assuming that they sell quickly, but I have never even called on one. Generally listed for $1000-$1500 with no title in yard-fresh condition. If you could get it for $500, I'd be surprised, and I would do it if I were you. Here's and example from ebay, albeit running with clear title, still needs a total resto:

H2's are a real treasure these days, and to get one even untitled for under a grand is not real likely. The earlier years, like a 72' fully restored can pull over 15K. If the motor is locked up, parts are very expensive, just for example, figure around $1,200 for a good crank rebuild! If you dont mind spending the $$, and can get it for under $1000, I would say go for it, but expect to drop some serious cash to get it running.
If anyone is interested, I have a 75' H1 listed on e bay right now. A rolling chasis, with motor and an 89' FZR600 rear end ready to convert it over to a mono shocker.
