Anyone know where to get these? I saw them somewhere but I can't for the life of me figure out where.

I shimmed mine using rubber washers from a faucet repair kit. Just loosen the plate, insert the washers and tighten it up.

We don't have the foam. We used to be able to get this from PMC in Japan, but it's not in their catalog anymore.
I bought a roll of 1" wide black colored foam window insulation from a Home Depot/Lowes type store. I just cutout what I need form the roll

Sometimes a "mouse pad" is a pretty good source.

I too need to replace the rubber dampers on the gauges. I got a new gauge mount kit, as well as new covers; next up will be a gauge restoration and the "mouse-pad mod."
