For added front end stability, you might want to get a fork brace:www.fastfromthepast.com

Oh wow wow wow.

What a great restoration. I love it. I even love the square headlight and I would'nt paint the carbs either.

Have fun

I totally second what JR says. Square lights look great and same goes for the unpainted carbs. Really nice bike buddy

Funny how you guys focus on the square lamp. To me it looks right and the round ones are odd. Go figure. :)

I know that in 81-82 maybe,I was slobbering over a brand new GPZ1100 and an Eddie Lawson rep in a shop(Dougs Kawasaki) here in Hamilton which has long closed.I stood there thinking that the "new" square lights looked really right

Same for me but I was 14 or so... No means at the time when they were new. :)

Plus I had to wait till out of the house to have a bike as my father would never let me be so unsafe. ;) He was well aware of my need for speed.

This bike looks so close to my kz750r1 when I picked it up aside from the paint being much better. Brings back memories of the later 80's.

ahhhhh the memories.
