I don't think they make a turbo kit for the 650. You can get 100hp out of a 650 motor though. Do a search in here for 100hp 650. There was a thread about a year ago covering what it takes to do the build.

They did make a kit for the KZ650/750.It's a draw thru like the KZ1000's.Power depends on how much boost along with the condition and state of tune of said engine.I have one that I just pulled off of my sr.Tried to run it on E-85 and was having trouble getting the jetting right, ran good on gas though.Used a 36mm Keihin round slide carb and my engine needs rings which could be the problem.I'll take some pics today in case you are interested.
I have a 1978 kz650 shoved into a 660 Raptor frame that is stretched and lowered, this thing will fly, but now im running into a lot of people running r1 and r6 bikes so it time to find a turbo, what kinda power do they make with the turbo 650's,and do they make kits or is it alot of fab work?

Cool build, but you'll never get close to R1 power reliably with that 650 and you'll spend huge dollars on a KZ900 or 1000 engine to make it as fast as an R1. Maybe start looking for your own late model sport bike engine??
