so, it may not look updated, but the fender is gone, and both side covers are made. I have the cafe Tail orderd and on the way. still looking for the dense Neoprene for the padding. the exhaust can on the table is something I'm thinking about modding to the 4to1 header. we'll see I'll post another Pic after I get the tail section in.

Looking real good! This is going to look great. Have you settled on a color scheme yet? What seat pan did you eventually settle with? Yours looks a lot like one I am getting, but mine is coming from France. Did you have to cut your frame?

yes, cut the back of the frame and welding in a horseshoe shaped pipe to match the tail section
