I finally got the front wheel done and on. I just need to fine tune the front fender and get some spacers made for the rear.

Yeah the front wheel turned into a nightmare but it's done. Well almost, I went out to day to work on it and the front was flat. :angry:

I had to take it back to the shop to have them fix it. But I did get the rear brakes bled, the fender fixed and a ton of bolts tightened and cotter pins in. Now I just need to aligne the front and rear and get some spacers made and it's back on the road.

I believe the front is Maier 04990 front fender. Universal.

I have three of them. They all crack just in front of the mounting area. This is because the fork flares flex. You will notice the front lip bounces up and down. To prevent it, I just pop-rivet a thin aluminum plate from the mounting bolts to the front area on the inside of the fender. I've never had a problem since.
