78 KZ650 project

This was my first KZ project and I'm pretty much 98 percent done with it. Anyone think they would be interested in picking it up cheap - I might want to move it for just what I have into it, which is 1200 bucks.

It looks nice, runs nice and gets lots of compliments but I really think I am leaning back toward the 2 strokes. I'd be willing to just get rid of it and get back into another 2 stroke project. The only other thing I was going to do was put a Dyna ignition in it and get rid of the points.

I have an extra ring set, and complete gasket set to go with it as well. Lots of new parts, paint, etc....

I wish i was closer and had the extra cashola, cause i would buy that bike in a second, i folowed your whole build and loved it every step of the way.

what the hell are you giving up on us so soon.

dunno, I like the bike and if no one else wants it then I will keep it for a while, invest more money into it trying to get more power out of it and the circle of insanity will never stop.

I was going down the road today enjoying the midrange pull and honestly said to myself " wonder what this would feel like with nitrous".
