Waaaahhhh!!!

Rolled the bike off the workstand today, into the sunshine.

Ohh the pearl i forget about the pearl.

Anyway. weighed it today with the precise bathroom Wal mart scale.

218 Front

200 rear.

Thats no fuel, oil or battery.

Looks like after calculating all the other stuff it will weigh 475 with 3 gallons fuel.

25 pounds is alot to remove at this point.

Here is photo in the sunshine.

I sat on it and made motor noises...

Compared to the Ducati it feels like a mini bike, so short, and compact.

Thanks to the testarossa KZ, I am sold on the Dyna ignition. So thats 400 bucks. A big deal.

Thats really all it needs plus a battery, and some fuel.

I have had it running before, during the "mock up" got it all together started it a few times (with the old point ignition) then tore it down for the final build. That was a sad day, tearing it all apart again after running it.

Thanks for the compliments !!

You won't regret the Dyna. I love mine. Once the money is gone, you'll forget all about it. My ignition is not something that I ever think about now.

just a heads up.
if your chain has a master link. make sure it is facing the right way as not to catch on anything that it may rub on . u may need to put the link on the inner side depending on the tire or frame clearances ?
