it's styled after the spondon banana style swing arms...this one by a company called PEST but i couldn't find any further info on them. got the pic and info
here.
that said there are a fair few tube frame and swingarm builders in the uk that specialize in this kinda thing.
and yes, i agree they look horn.

it looks like you have not shortend the sub-frame, I cut 6" out of mine and am working on grafting a fzr seat on.
