THat bike looks to have "chopper" styling.
It will take a lot of work to make it a cafe.
If you havent chopped it up already, why dont you sell it and buy an easier base bike to work with?
Not being an ass, just a suggestion. I was going to cafe out a bike once and realized it was not really the style, sold it for more than I paid and bought a KZ650. Decent starting bike to "CAFE".
