Well bout a kz440 a couple months ago for $100 and when i got it, it hadn't run in 17 years....got it running...had to let it sit for a little while I could gather some funds and I am about to start working on it again to finish it. My plants are to hard-tail it, cut off the exhaust at the rear tire and down spout it. Spring seat, maybe drag bars, and have a few other little ideas nothing toy special but some kinda of original ideas to go with it. But anyways here are some pics and btw this is my first bike and my first build.
right after i bought it

and this is how it sits right now

I'm waitin for my buddy to get his truck back so I can get the bike to my new shop and finish it. Sorry for the links site didn't support my pictures file type.
Let me know what you think and maybe give me a few ideas.

Ah, well, I couldn't rule it out. My GPz550 came with miscellaneous prizes hidden away in the weathered and torn seat foam. Spare keys, disk gap gauge, a spark plug.
