First crack at my cafe seat foam was created by XL777
Hey everyone I thought I would post some pics of my cafe progress. I took the stock foam from my LTD seat and cut it to rough out a cafe seat shape. Then I carved and shaped it with a sanding disk. I still have some grinding to do to balance it out but this is what I have after a few hours.

It is easier to say what I haven't replaced then what I have.

It has been a lot of fun try this out. I plan on putting some harder foam underneath and memory foam where my butt will go. Now I just have to learn how to make a cover.

Nice shaping XL, I used the same tool to shape my foam and it works great.

That will look good when it's covered.

Sewing vinyl is not that hard at all, just as long as you already know how to use a sewing machine.

I have a spare KZ440 seat, maybe I will make a tutorial of some sort once I get a little free time in the next few weeks.

I just got the seat back from the foam guy to set it up before he covers it. Take look and tell me what you think.

At first I thought it still seemed to big or thick but then I realized it will compress just enough when it is covered.
