How did you make the air box, also composite? That is a ram air setup isn't it? Is it one piece and how easy is it to remove in order to adjust valves?

All the panels are composite. The air boxes are easy to remove, just a few bolts and you can get to everything. More pic's are coming, I'm in the middle of pulling to motor for some performance upgrades so it's all over my garage at the moment. And yes it is a ram air.:)

this is a VERY nice bike fo sho! I wouldn't mind a bike like that. I noticed in this picure

That there is a custom, what looks like a 1960 something chevy in the background.. so you dont just build bikes, you do custom work on a bunch of stuff huh? do you own your own shop or something?

the chevy was a frame off project. powerplant is an LT1 fyi.
