Yep, pretty much....Is ebay the only alternative for getting a new black seatcover?
I *have* seen a place that offers replacement seatcovers on eBay once, but they didn't show the *specific* one for the twin (they showed a "representative" one from another model), so I didn't buy it. I can't remember who they were. If you find one AND LIKE IT, I'd love to know...
Also worth noting, the 750 twin stock seat in any reasonable shape fetches quite a pretty penny on eBay....

Edit: looks like it got dumped, or at least tipped over onto that side? Would the brake pedal have hit the oil sight?

It may be just me, but it seems like we hardly ever hear about 750(twins) from Europe.
Read what Lonesometwin writes about the reputation the 750 twins had in the UK. I'm not sure if the rest of Europe panned them so heavily.

Will need to adjust the latch a bit as the seat leans a bit to the right when mounted. The front end of the seat will also wrinkle up a bit where it touches the tank. Almost as if the new seat isn't quite the correct one. Probably only a matter of adjustment though, and I didn't have to time to play with it when trying it on.

I like the last option the best, but I don't have access to any stock pipes. If anyone have some nice looking ones *crossing fingeres*, drop me a line.

A couple tips:
*If* you're going to go with stock pipes and replacement mufflers, make sure you're looking at up-swept mufflers. The ones you have in the last picture appear to be straight. If you don't get up-swept, you're going to have issues with the center-stand and kick-stand, not to mention that the mufflers will just look like they are "way down there"...
The best *looking* option you're going to find is the MAC 2 into 2. Costs alot though, eh?
I'm in the midst of an experiment with some up-swept converters I found on eBay and some different exhausts I have lying around. Mind you, I haven't actually done anything on it in a month, I just have other more important things.
Personally, what I think is the best possible combination (and what I'm eventually going to do) is: use the stock headers WITH the cross-over, paint them high-temp black and use fiber-wrap (since they are guaranteed to be rusty), and use either up-swept after-market mufflers or straight mufflers with an angled converter.
