1300 Street Cruiser

Hi Guys,

I'm using the stock radiator just because I have it and it'll prove the concept. Eventually, I'm going to find a radiator that is taller and narrower. I'll conceal it in something that looks like a saddlebag.

For the present I'm working on reinforcing the mounts for the fairing.

If any body has a narrower radiator available, I'm in the market.

It's taken sixteen months but I've finally gotten my 1300 Voyager on the road again.



As you can see, I succeeded in relocating the radiator to where the left saddlebag used to live.




Along the way I had to learn a bunch about fuel injection systems. Before I started on the radiator project I was having problems with too rich conditions. Hopefully, that issue is behind me as I have now fitted an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and cleaned the injectors.

Okay, this thing is just pretty darn cool. How does it ride? Not "hot" I take it? It's the Kawasaki version of an FLT...just better b/c it's a Kawasaki.
