hello
I'm french. I'm living near Paris. actually I have a 1100 GPZ of 1996.
I discovery the Z bikes since 6 month and I love them. I hope soon to buy one but for the moment I looking for informations to know qualities and defaults. the problem is that I love them all, 400, 500, 650, 750, 1300 and of course 900 and 1000. it's difficult to choose one.
so I return to read the Z sections.

:)

Welcome to KZr fraka. :)

As to your question on qualities and faults with the KZ's, it generally breaks down (no pun intended) like this:
The KZ's are notorious for their durability and forgiveness to minor neglect, and have earned the reputation of being touted as "bullet proof".

The main fault or flaw in the KZ's, is that they tend to be cold blooded and hard to start sometimes.
But knowing this, each of us have developed our own little start up procedure(s) to remedy this little problem. ;)
