Hello fellow Kawasaki riders,
After being a silent member for a few months now, I've (finally) created an account on the forum.
About two years ago I bought my first Kawasaki, a GPZ 750 Unitrack from 1983, which is my second bike I've owned so far (the first one was a 1999 Yamaha YZF R-1).
The GPZ stood still for a long time when I bought it but after some new plugs, filters and cleaned carbs is started running again.
The bike will be rebuild as a custom motor bike based on the " Danger zone GPZ 1100" created by Federal Moto.
The major things that have been done so far:
- Suzuki GSX-r Front Fork
- Honda CB1100 fuel tank
- Ducati Scrambler rear wheel (spoked)
- Triumph fornt wheel (spoked)
- Suzuki GSX 1300 R front bracke calipers
- Custom made sub-frame.
- New wiring
- 3D printed fairings
The major things that still need to be done:
- Painting
- Custom seat
- Finalizing electra
- Front-back fender
- And 1000's of other small things

The main problem was closing the pocket where the fuelpump is fitted. I had a plate of steel laser cutted and mounted it togehether with the original Honda fuelpump gasket.
On the steel plate I mounted a simple fueltap.
Also the mounting points on the frame needed to be replaced.
