Hey everyone. I recently came across an 82 Kz750 M1 for really cheap. It's a little bit of a "fixer upper". The only problem is that since this was a one year production bike, I can't find diddley squat for it. I've come across a few odds and ends here and there but nothing I really need (such as carb rebuild kits or even a stinkin shop manual). Does anyone have any leads? Thanks!!

The motor on the 82 KZ750M is pretty much the same as the 76-80 Kz750 twins, there are a few differences such as the electronic ignition and pull type carb choke.
If you have specific questions, just ask, I'm fairly familiar with the 750 twins

Hey guys, thanks for the warm welcome!
Steell, I could use any info you've got on this bike. Here are the parts I need: left and right handlebar controls, airbox, carb rebuild kit (rejet kit if possible), horn, complete gasket set, and the rear drum brake arm and pedal. I hate to be a burden, but do you know if these parts cross over into any other years? I'm not too worried about originality, I'm just trying to get this thing running so I have something I can cruise around on. Any info would be great! Thanks!

Welcome aboard. Most of our bikes started as fixer uppers. Post some pics here when you get a chance, we can take it!
