It's a fair bit better than my last bike, for sure!
Thanks for all the compliments - now I just need to keep taking good care of it so it stays that nice. Any tips on keeping a repainted engine nice and clean? (I would guess I don't want to use any highly-caustic carb/choke cleaner or anything, assuming that would eat the paint).
Here's my old one... a $400 special that blew a head gasket after about 2yrs of maintence-free servitude
'81 Suzuki GS1100... sold for $700!

WD-40 cleans and protects and is safe on paint. If you really want the motor to shine, after it's clean spray Armor All on it. ...works really well on black motors, too.
