Hey everyone!, I've never owned a kawasaki before, only a triumph. I picked this bike up for 200 dollars because its in drastic need of repair, runs horrible, and looks worse. Just got into the process, took the carbs off, and basically stripped the bike except the engine. The last owner did one hell of a wiring job  among other interesting repairs to the bike. I'll be posting up more pix later after its had a thorough going through.

Nice looking bike for only $200 though, seems to be complete and the stock exhaust if not rotted is worth more than that alone;) I like the KZ750LTD, was my first project and what started the fever of KZ's, ha:whistle:

Heya!
I think that is pretty darn good looking for $200. I bought mine (Same exact bike) for $600 and I don't think it looks as good.
Mine came with a sissy bar and a windjammer but I've taken those off. Had to do some work to get the turn signals running but sounds like your PO tried to tinker with it and screwed it up bad.
Anyway very nice to see more of these out there.

Welcome!
Your bike looks very stock, and the price sure sounds right!
Should make a nice restoration, if you want to keep it original.

Yeah I just discovered that the last guy butchered the carbs, he kind of made his own synchronizing screws, drilled out the stock ones and fitted his own, which look to be really hard to get synchronized, and one of the throttle valves has a giant chip in it, so if anyone out there has those parts, or a used carb they want to get rid of for cheap please let me know!
