How much$$$??
I know that seems like a lot of money, but if you slap an original exhaust on that thing and put it on eBay you'll make money. It's amazing to see what they are going for. I've seen over $10,000 for truly original 900's. This one is a '73 but take a look for comparison:

thanks guys i found it in the back garage at the local honda dealer. it was traded in a year ago and no one wanted her. the old girl is in amazing shape , but asking price was 6999.00, got them down to 6500 and they did some carb work and a tune up for free all i kept thinking about was what it would cost me to restore one so i bit the bullet and bought her.
I think it's a good investment as long as it's as original as it looks. People don't realize how many thousands it takes to restore a bike. It really adds up fast.
