one of two ways.....
1. type your message/reply, as case may be. Just below the "Message" entry box, is a spot to "Select Image file to attach. Browse to your image, click to open it, and viola!....HOWEVER!!!!!!! pics need to be less than 550x550 pxls, I think.
2. Use an image hosting site like photobucket. Upload your images there, then to post HERE.....copy the "Img" tag line in photobucket (or who ever you use), come back here to the message dialogue, and click the button just below that says [img]. Back here in the message box you'll see something like
[img
www.blah
blah blahyaddayaddayadda.jpg [img]
Image size restrictions still apply.
Any other troubles just ask.....SOMEBODY will chime in.
