78 KZ1000 I think was created by crate78
Just picked up a 1978 KZ1000(according to the title and frame tag) but not sure of the model. Any help on info ? vin# KZT00A518445. I've sent off for a Clymer manual, it's in rough shape, sat outside for 4 years without rocker arm cover,(I guess thats what covers the top of the engine) no spark plugs or pipes. So it's froze up and needs to be gone through but seems all the parts are there. Looking to get it back on the road with some help! Will add a pic once I've got it presentable.

Wireman has it correct...you can see where he got his info at
www.zedder.com
and look under Bike Info. Good luck...it may be a tough recovery with the rocker cover missing...and pictures are always useful when asking for help.
