Ok, so I just spent half an hour with a parts catalogue from my local dealer and put together this small chart of Kawasakis that share the same steering stem bearings. All bearings listed are sets of tapered needle bearings and races are included.

Please note that this chart is only helpful in determining which bikes share the same stem diameter, the length of the stem may vary as well as the fork inner leg diameter.

Also please note that this info is from a european catalogue, the bearing numbers (SSK XXX) and model names may be different in the US - I´m sure you can figure it out.

Hope you´ll find it useful, please feel free to add info on any missing models or correct any mistakes you may find.

Btw, I also uploaded it as a Word document before I could get the pdf-creator to work, can one of the admin please delete the Word document for me, it´s called "Kawasaki steering stem bearings list.doc"? Thanks.

Onkelb... Drop Stein a note regarding the removal of the word .doc... None of the admins can mess with Filebase stuff (I think). I will unstickey this thread. MANY THANKS!
