yes, that will help quite a bit. you can leave about 1" above the triples to keep it lower. should still look pretty good.

looks like an LTD fender. should help out some.

is that an ltd fender?looks differant,maybe its just the picture.id try raising the tubes and putting slugs in forks see if that helps,i dont know if youll be able to get it that low again.goodluck,happy wreching! ;)
