I'm wondering if any body can help me with a question. Drag racers will probably know best. I have a 77 1000 chassis with a 78 Z1R motor, and plan on doing some bracket racing. Mostly 1/8 mile. Occasional 1/4. I'm looking for a good sprocket/chain combo to get r done. Right now the motor is stock, as well as the swingarm. I plan on lowering a little. I'm looking to not having to work the throttle on the take off, but still pull good times. I'd appreciate any input. Thankx

i need to go look for sure but i want to say the chain and sprockets i ordered for my latest urban assault bike were 16ft 40r with a 530 chain,had to be special ordered for 1000kaw ill look around for the boxes and let you know where i ordered them from!goodluck,happy wrenching!

Hey thankx, I appreciate the reply. Any suggestions for a manufactor. I can't seem to find one with a kit or one w/ a 530 chain rear sprocket.

they dont show the 530 listing,im gonna look for a reciept from when i ordered that stuff ive just got too much stuff around here i need to start building my dream car/bike only garage and keep everything else in the other shop!
