Just picked this bike up. Not getting any spark. My first thought is coil. I’m not familiar with this bike is there something else I should check first. Someone has pulled fuses and stuck the wires together. I will fix it after I find problem. I figure coil or igniter?

Fix the fuses first.
If there is a short to ground along the positive wires, you will have a bad day.
Do you know what the heating elements look like on a toaster at full power????
That is what your wire becomes. All the way from the battery to the short.
I've set a car on fire doing that.

Amen. Putting power in the electrical system without any fuses is a very risky move. All kinds of things can be fried.
No spark can be something as simple as the kill switch is in the wrong position. It could also be fried coils and ignition module. Could be broke wires or a bad switch. A careful, systematic approach with your favorite volt-Ohm meter will reveal the gremlins.

The factory service manual has some good, basic diagnostic procedures for various electrical problems.
