Gerex went out of business several years ago. See if BohicaBob or bob_z1 is still around on this forum. If I remember correctly from the old days, I think they might be able to help you with a copy of the diagram if you contact one of them. I don't know if Jeff Saunders have got a diagram for the system he has on his turbo Z1.

ive got five of these boxes. but have never able to come up with a diagram. i guess its not so important . im sure if i take the time i can figure it out. i know what set of wires goes to the coils...so the others must go to the pick-ups. im not sure of the coil & pick-up resistance requirements of these boxes. i do have five so i guess worst case scenario would be one of them burnt up in the test. i did read the other posts about the gerex here..i am a kzrider.com newbee and didnt want to email folks without first asking. i won a stock electronic unit on ebay and i will try and use those pick-up coils to see if i can make one of the boxes work. i will post the results if i am successful..if anyone is interested.

thanks for the responses and i think this is a great website! Ed

I take it that the Gerex is an igniter or ignition? If so, if Jeff Saunders has one on his turbo bike, he won't mind telling how it is wired. Problem is, the person who wired his turbo bike used all white wires... Jeffs wiring diagram looks like: white goes to white, etc bwhahaha
