You'll be fighting a losing battle removing the ethanol. The percentage is only going one way. Ethanol, in itself, is not the problem, if anything it's an octane boost. The problem is its absorption of water from the atmosphere which creates an acidic mixture that attacks everything.
The easiest, most cost effective and viable solution is to encapsulate the ethanol molecules so they don't absorb moisture. This is what an ethanol treatment does. General treatments for road vehicles is effective for about six months as its assumed it'll get used in that time frame. The treatment available for marine engines has a far greater longetivity as boats may not be used for far greater periods.
Personally I use stabil 360 marine and haven't experienced any issues even with fuel that's been left in the bike for a couple of years.

Hello Warren,  What is your Red Bike in picture? Year? Model?
I have a set of the brake rotors same as on your bike.
I am going to sell them after I clean them up.
The minimum thickness is 4.5mm Ones I have are at, .199" or 5.05mm.
When I find a crap Z1 disc to grid down. I'll clean these 2 up. Bug my friend to do the work.

Hi Marty,
Majority of it is a Z1000J2 1982 but with Gpz1100 top end and forks, wheels, brakes etc due to having been involved in a front end accident.
Came to me having been completely dismantled 40 odd years ago.

Z1000J2 somewhat modified!

I think I may have one Marty.  I'll check later today.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
