EDITED:  I answered my initial question after posting so i rephrased this into a different question.

Just got my KZ305 running for the first time in decades. Had to break the carb down and go to town cleaning it.

Bike runs and i'm just going through some tuning things like pilot screws, bowl-level and carb sync now.   Reading through the manual, i noticed this.

Looks like a different size secondary main air jet for each side?  Which part is #8 referring to exactly?  Are these the ports at the front of the carb under the choke?  Just looking to confirm.

They should have the numbers stamped on them.  Unfortunately you still have to take them apart to see.

I edited my initial post as i found more info after posting that cleared up some things.  Looks like i misunderstood the difference between "secondary main jet" and "secondary main air jet".    Now i just need to ID what the air jet is?  Small ports under the choke?

The air jet is in the mouth of the carburetor.

Thanks for confirmation.

Did some more tinkering on the carb tonight and I have this thing running very well!
