Z-Fever in Germany sells a lot of good used parts for reasonable prices.
Customers from outside EU and foreign business customers with International VAT Number not have to pay the German VAT (-19%).

Breaker assy = 35 Euro

 

Advancer assy = 45 Euro

And, in addition to what Scirocco posted, you could forego the points plate and install a Dyna S which will have it's own timing plate.  You will still need the advancer that Scirocco linked to, along with the bolt and hex-key.  In case you are not aware, a Dyna S is a pretty common, reliable, and affordable ignition used on old Kz's.  You can use the original coils if you have them or get new coils.  The new coils must be 3-ohms or higher in primary resistance.  (The original points coils were 4 ohms.)
