Aloha guys. I'm not sure if anybody need or looking for this, but I thought it's better than just throw it away without asking. Came with my bike, but I doubt it's the original one. To be honest, I think my whole front end was swapped long before I got the bike back in 84. Anyway, long story short, I have given up restoring it to original, for now. I need to complete the bike before my son loses his interest in riding a bike. So I got a different gauge set from older air-cooled GPz, but even this may change.

In any case, asking $35 shipped. Speedo is complete junk. It never register correctly anyway. I tried contact all the speedo specialist and they all told me they only do round meter. I'll include parts for speedo just in case anybody have any need for it. Also have two brand new aftermarket rubber button cover. Since my cluster never came with this cover, I can't tell if it's too soft or too firm. Tach and fuel gauge worked before I pulled the unit, but that's over 20 years ago so no guarantee. There's one place at back of the gauge holder is broken, but I do have the broken piece. Maybe can epoxy this?

I'll keep this for maybe a month, then evilbay for a week and it's going in the dumpster. Figure if I wait that long and no one wants it, then there's no need for the part.

Hello Ojisan rider.

I would really, really like that cluster, as it is the correct unit for my Tribute bike.
I currently have a GPz1100B2 cluster on it.
I could easilly transpose the working speedo mechanism from my cluster to make it fully functional.

I'm in South Africa, so shipping could be a little more...
Please email me (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to discuss payment for this, if you are willing to send it to me.

Cheers.

Howard

Aloha Howard,

As you mentioned, shipping to South Africa is little more than I want to cover (actually, unbelievably expensive). I just checked USPS, without any detailed input, USPS Priority Flat rate Medium box is $102.55 with shipping duration between 6 - 10 days, and First-Class shipping is at $47 and it does not have any shipping time. (Got it from here. postcalc.usps.com/Calculator/MailService...050&hscode=False&p=3). Not too sure of exchange rate right now, but that's all in USD.

You still want it?

Hiya !

Yes I do!

I have used USPS before, no issues with the First-Class shipping option: takes about 2 months to get to the bottom of Africa!
Your price for the cluster of $35, + $47 shipping, + an "irritation" fee of x$  is acceptible to me.
For payment: If you have a Paypal account, you could simply send me a Paypal invoice...
