Mine is the one with the Canadian KZ1100-R1 model and the ZX1100-A1/2. If for some reason I don't have it, I can tell you where to get it on line as a download. Good site for manuals....
Not sure of the year and this most likely is not a supplement manual... Same time, most are OEM and this may have what you need...
Note, some are in other languages so it's a crap shoot until opening....
