Is this the correct cam timing for TDC? 1978 KZ400B.

Can anyone confirm or correct my timing here? I think i have it correct but wanted to double check.

If your crankshaft is indeed at TDC, then you are good to go.
Double-check that, making sure that you pull the chain taut before rotating the crankshaft.
