Everything checks out. Am I not getting enough gas? Jets? Low fuel flow?

Is there an inline fuel filter with a paper element?

All the valves have the proper lash?

Fuel levels are correct?

Assuming your diagnosis is correct you should begin checking your gas system.  Pull your fuel line and check the flow from the petcock.  Watch it for about a minute to see if it slows down.  That will indicate you have a problem with the air breather on the gas cap.  If fuel flow is fine then move to the carbs to check them for fuel flow.  Is anything blocking the fuel lines?
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

Don't know the pilot size but the mains are 107 and the needle in the 4th position.

If all else fails check nothing is obstructing the exhaust (what goes in needs to come out)

Yes, don't know, yes.
I am going to guess this is a response to my last post. As a rule, filters with paper elements are for pressurized systems and will cause the symptoms you describe when used in a gravity feed system . Remove it and see if the bike runs better.
Valve adjustment is one of the most important parts of the regular maintenance and should be tended to right away. If the clearances are too small, the engine will run poorly and will eventually begin to suffer damage.

A helpful hint: when you reply to someone, use the Quote button so people know which post you're answering. The forum software doesn't arrange posts by threads, so when you say "I'll check" we have no idea what you're checking. :)
