Hey kz550man. rstnick is right as usual. I know that sbjones is doing a 650/1000 right now. Track him down and he might have some suggestions for you.

'77 Kz 650 Custom being rebuilt (again) with an 810 Wiseco Kit, 750 Cams, Valves, springs, Wired George Mikuni 28's, Ported 650 head, Mac Pipe, Dyna Ignition and Coils, Stock '77 Moon Dust Silver, 13 Tooth front sprocket
Goal is to have a stock-looking sleeper that will tighten up loose tooth fillings off the line!
