My brother bought me tickets to the moto gp race in july, we are taking our bikes, we are staying in castroville just a short ride from the track does anyone have any sugestions or warnings for me, if you have been there or live there

You will most likely be taking Hwy 1 to the event, so watch your speed. The cops (CHP and local police) have a hayday passing out speeding tickets as well as confiscating bikes from those folks whose motorcycle paperwork is not in order. Take it from me...I live here and see it every year!
