I'm new to Kawasaki motorcycles, but experienced with Hondas and Yamahas.

 

Next project is a 1982 KZ1000LTD.  If I uploaded the picture correctly, you can see it above.  Pulled the oil pan, oil pump and cylinder head last night.  Nothing shocking found so far, so it looks like it could be a worthwhile project.

Welcome Todd... I also have one of those (a disassembled KZ1000).  Hopefully you'll make faster progress than I have in slapping it back together.

This one came home assembled, but I had to disassemble it for storage.  Didn't have the floor space for it, so all but the engine currently sits on shelves.  To make space, I have to sell one of my three running bikes (realistic) or build a new shop (long-deferred dream).

That's quite the puzzle to reassemble.

I also recently took on a project, a z750s.
Needed to build a shed to make space in the workshop for another bike, not in pieces.
