Recently purchased an '82 KZ550 ltd. She runs like a dream however as with an old bike I've run into a few problems. A solid thank you to this forum. Already it has helped me to resolve many of the issues I was having.

Hello and Welcome from South East Michigan. Personally I cant help much with your exact model but lots of 550 knowledge here. The first recommendation is get yourself a factory service manual. Ride safe!!!
