I am not sure if I am posting in the right section, please let me know if is not to delete.

Recently, I conducted transactions with two forum members, asphalt900 and usa_forever. I am happy to report that the parts I purchased from both gentlemen, transaction went very seamless and smooth. Kudos for their great communication, and fast shipping. Parts were just as described. Thank you!

You are in exactly the right place Kofla and it's always nice to see people get justified recognition. Something we used to teach in customer service was that a happy customer will tell 3 people and an unhappy one will tell 9 other people. It's the world we live in I guess :)

Thank you! Despite being here for a while, I am still learning how to navigate this forum. A lot of times during online transactions we hear about deceptive sales, false advertising and scammers. So I felt it was important for me to give credit where credit is due. This is a great forum, and I am glad to be part of it.

We frequent an unrelated forum in which a 'Marketplace' sub-forum hosts both commercial vendors (such as Z1 Enterprises would be to us) and individual forum members offering stuff as private sellers as well as WTB inquiries looking for items.  A separate thread within the 'Marketplace' sub-forum is dedicated for transaction feedback for all buy / sell  transactions.

We've posted feedback in the past on KZR re: experiences purchasing from KZR members.  Because there has never been a dedicated place to post such feedback, it's always been in the separate thread wherein the transaction was initiated, so a sellers feedback history is effectively lost in the overall noise.

A dedicated thread or sub-forum could be helpful as a central repository for all transaction feedback, both as sellers and buyers.  However, the way the separate "Vendor' and combined 'Classifieds > For Sale / Wanted'  sub-forums are split, creating a central feedback thread / sub-forum that covers all three becomes inconvenient.

Don't know how much work it would require or, if it's even possible, but moving 'Vendors' into the 'Classifieds' sub-forum would make a "Buyer / Seller" feedback thread much more useful.  Perhaps rename 'Classifieds' as 'Marketplace' or similar.

Hi slmjim & Z1BEBE,
I'm thinkin on it. I'll have to craft it within this CMS (Joomla) which I'm sure I can achieve.
It's a good suggestion.

I've added the following to my portion of the first post in the "Credit Where Credit is Due" thread in the Vendor forum:
"The best place to leave feedback is right in the Vendor's thread. If your experience was less than wonderful please try to resolve any issues by PM or e-mail before leaving your feedback."
Thoughts?

Commercial vendors may be more likely to complete multiple transactions than individual forum members.  Collect feedback in a common thread dedicated to that commercial vendor.

May we suggest, "... place to leave feedback is right in the Vendor's dedicated feedback thread for each individual transactionIn other words, collect all feedback per commercial vendor vendor in one place (sub-thread?) under that vendor's listing.

Individual, private KZR forum members might only complete one or two transactions, ever.  Would it make more sense to post feedback for each separate private transaction chronologically per sale?

Hi slmjim+Z1BEBE,
Because only vendors can start a new thread in the Vendors forum members can only leave feed back in that vendors thread.
Presently KZRider.com has no 'Commercial Vendors' and is 100% member supported.
