50th z1 Anniversary

Hello 
Wife and I will be hosting a z1 50th Anniversary gathering at Two Wheels of Suches Georgia USA August 5th 6th and 7th , 2022

I looked at the "Two Suches" website and it looks like a nice place to have an event.  Do you have an idea of how many might attend?
I am definitely interested in going.

I saw the dates of the event.  What I meant to say is how many people / motorcycles are you expecting to be in attendance?

Have no idea as it’s the first time I have decided to have a gathering.
As it gets closer to the date I’ll check how many are going and how many are interested.

Kudos to you for coordinating a Z1 50th.  You should have a great time, a beautiful part of GA.  I have been to several ZRX rallies in the Suches area.  There are plenty of great roads;  Old GA 60, Wolf Pen Gap, Blood Mountain, 180 to Helen, Cherohala Skyway, and of course Tail of The Dragon are all within reach.  I am due another trip there.  Not a facebook person but will follow this thread. 

FYI, If Two Wheels books up, there is a campground further back up on Old GA 60, Skeenah Creek Campground.

How did this event go?  Any pics?  

Little disappointed with turn out after over 80 had committed. Only 8-10 z1-kz showed up including 2 of mine and a few newer zrx,z900rs,etc.
Weather forecast didn’t help either with 60% chance of rain all weekend but rain hood up till evening time.
 

Thank You Spdygon for organizing.  It appears to have been a success in spite of the lower than expected turnout. Love the 900s.  Wish I owned one.  

  I wish that I could have made it.  Timing was not good for me.  It sure is not the roads.  Old GA 60 is a favorite of mine.  I have rallied with my ZRX group on several occasions not far from where you held your event.  I am over due getting back to Northern GA.  Hope our paths cross.
