Anyone ever try to put chrome fenders on their KZ?

I think they would make it look pretty sweet, with an old school touch.

Quite a few KZ's came from the factory with chrome fenders. More than didn't most likely.

That would not be hard to do. For a rear fender look for a rear fender from either a 650 B or a 650 C from 77 to 79 they came chrome from the factory.On the front fender you have more choices, you can use the front fender from either of those bikes or if you prefer a shorter fender you can use a fender off a 650 CSR a 750 LTD or the fender from a 550 LTD will also work. All these are pretty readily available on Ebay and usually don't bring a ton of money.

BTW put the year and model of your bike in your sig line as well as your location so everyone knows what bike you are asking questions about.
