Do you mean a Chin Scoop?
I bought mine on ebay, from a Honda VF500. The VF750s and VF1000s have a similar one. Just a little trimming to fit around the exhaust and it was ready to go.

You need a diaper. You can find one for a busa at schnitzracing.com.

I have seen a lot of the diapers on ebay sell in the $100-150 range. I doubt that they would let you run with just a chin scoop. Scoops only cover the front part of the header and maybe about 6 inches underneath. You need something that will cover the whole motor so a racing diaper would be your best bet.

Like kawtoy and don said, you need an oil containment pan. You will probably have to fabricate or modify something, because these are not readily available for vintage bikes. Turkey basters ziptied to the bottom or shoved in between lowers are a popular make-shift fix. I'll do some searchin...

in the sept(06) issue of "streetfighters" mag, theres a cool looking fireblade with a bellypan, but not much else for fairings. you might be able to modify one to fit

Just some follow up... Browsed around a bit for you, I'm thinking maybe this may be made to work. It's for an EX500 originally, and it's dammed in the back. Can you measure approximately how wide and how long you need it to be?

I can pull out the mold to see how long and wide it is. It's fiberglass so it's easily modified.
