Ok, found a nice set of Rapid Transit Recon 77 bags... Couple questions...
Has anyone used those on a KZ750?
I'm thinking about running the support straps UNDER the seat instead of over to make it a cleaner looking install, will that make them ride too low though?
Also, they have a "Scratchguard rubberized contact fabric" on the back where it contacts the bike... the coil over shocks are against that part of the bag, that should be ok though I think, right? The shocks/springs dont make that drastic of movements, shouldnt get hot, and are smooth,so I dont think that would be a problem for the bags...
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Funny you should mention them.
I just installed a pair of the Recon77's on my 1000J.
Love those things!
The only thing you may run into running them under the seat is that they may rub on the rear tire. if that happens you may want to fashion a saddlebag support bracket of sorts.
