repaint sticky

ive noticed quite a few flaws in the way the "paint and bodymork" threads work.
seems to me that in the (almost) year ive been here ive answered the same questions countless times.
my suggestion is make a repaint thread sticky with people sharing their opinions on what should be entailed.

You start it and I'll stickie it, and then we'll see how it goes.

i can only hope it goes over well.
if it goes the way i hope then most paint questions could be answered in one thread without having to search.
hopefully SOME people keep their nose out of it.
