Alternative tank for Z650 1979 was created by Fourtoes

I'm looking for a Fuel tank that will fit easily onto my 1979 Z650.

On Ebay UK I can find a tank for a GT750, SR650 and Z440. Any of these any use to me??

Okay, okay, How about just the SR650 tank, Will it fit my Z650 1979? Pretty Please!

Not sure if the D (SR) tank is a dirrect fit on the C or B models. We have some members with both D and C&B 650s that might be able to check for you. Or try looking at the frame pix on buykawasaki .

I doubt any other model will be easy to fit, but if you stay in the KZ650 range, from 1977~1980, B,C,D, or F is your best bet.

Yes the D SR tank will directly interchange with the B/C model.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

By the way, what is the corect term for the shape of the D-SR tank. Theyre different Anybody?
