Fuel Tank Clean

I found less rust than expected in my tank. Kind of hard to get a good picture but the only rust I found was along the kickstand side on the outside of the seam, where the 2 cups or so of gas has probably been sitting for 2 years.  Its more than surface rust (there's some of that too) but does not appear to go deep either, as best as I can tell.I don't see any rust at all elsewhere except for little dustings of surface rust. Definitely find no weak spots in the tank. Does this look like something Evaporust could handle? I could easily get a brass tube brush in and work most of that seam area too, but don't know if that's needed or recommended.
